The Website Copy application will create an exact copy of an existing CRM website including all site markers, page templates, settings, etc. 

Connect to the Source CRM

Open the Website Copy utility which is located in the Utilites folder. Acknowledge that xRM portals are in both your source and destination Microsoft Dynamics CRM Organizations.Click Next.

Select Microsoft Dynamics CRM server click NEXT.


Enter your Discovery URL, Username, and Password for your CRM instance. Click Next.

Select your Organization Name. Click Connect.


Select source website name

After you have connected to the source CRM, you will need to select the name of the source website from the list created based on the sites found on the source CRM. Click Next.


Connect to the Destination CRM

Enter your Discovery URL, Username, and Password for your CRM instance. Click Next.

Select your Organization Name. Click Connect.


Specify the Destination website name

Enter any name you desire for the destination website's name provided that one does not previously exist under the name you have chosen. 

The final step is to click  Create Website. Once you clicked, you will see the script run. Upon Completion you will have the option to save the script if desired.

The copy you created will be an exact copy of the source website including all related entities such as site markers, settings, page templates, etc.
